Melba is a registered NDIS Provider
The NDIS aims to increase people's independence, including support for activities at home or in the community. As a registered NDIS provider Melba is happy to discuss person's needs so they can ascertain if Melba is the best service provider for them.

Support Co-ordination
Under the NDIS some people may be funded for Support Co-ordination. Melba offers a highly skilled Support Co-ordination team to assist the person gain the most appropriate range of services for their needs.

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT ARRANGEMENTS
* Enables individuals with a disability to determine for themselves the lifestyle, activities and relationships they wish to pursue.

CARER RESPITE SERVICES
* Responds to family-identified needs and direct input from individuals with disabilities. It offers them the opportunity to exercise control and direction over the supports that are available to them

COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS SERVICES (2 day services)
* Offers support to people with a range of abilities in the Mt Evelyn, Lilydale and surrounding communities. Currently there are two main service sites located in Wray Crescent, Mt Evelyn and Melba Avenue, Lilydale, with additional sites at Roland Avenue and Birmingham Road in Mt Evelyn

COMMUNITY LIVING SUPPORT SERVICES (9 houses)
* Provides accommodation for adults across 9 services/accommodation sites in the local area - Mt Evelyn, Lilydale, Mooroolbark. All of the group homes are purpose-built so that people can be as independent as possible within their home.
