Established in 1993, Wimmera West Grampians Neighbourhood House Network Collective Inc. is a network of Neighbourhood Houses with members located at Ararat, Halls Gap, Harrow, Hopetoun, Horsham, Kaniva, Murtoa, Nhill, Rainbow, St. Arnaud, Stawell & Warracknabeal. “Neighbourhood House” is a generic term for a variety of community-owned and managed organisations that share a set of defining features. The common thread is that they are all non-profit organisations where available funds are combined with a strong volunteer input to ensure maximum benefit to the community. They are unequalled in their ability to provide a continuity of service to people through their changing life stages.
