About Us
Depression Support Network offers peer support to people living with depression, anxiety, PTSD and surrounding issues.
We teach recovery and safety planning, discuss recovery techniques and ideas, host professional information sessions 1:1 peer support, share meals, enjoy walking groups, social activities, art and craft groups and more.
We advocate to help sort out finance issues, write foodbank referrals and help to access a number of billing discounts and benefits.
We teach people to be in control of their lives and recovery.

Eligibility Notes
Must be 18 or older and living with mental illness such as depression, anxiety or ptsd. Anyone can self refer or can be referred by your medical or mental health professional. Contact Jo on 0428 289 578 to make an appointment.
Volunteer Notes
We need: People with office experience, especially with Excel A personal assistant to the manager. Volunteers for our Op Shop. A person to join our walking group. A part time mental health professional for support groups.
