Mental health peer support services

The Depression Support Network (DSN) is aimed at providing peer support to sufferers, carers and families of people with Depressive Illness.  This ranges from educating and supporting individuals with depression to workshops, forums and support groups focused on managing the illness.

We provide:

• 1:1 peer support activities
• walking groups
• meditation groups 
• arts/crafts
