About Us

Scouting for boys and girls aged 6-18, their parents, and other interested members of the community.  We are all about having fun, going on new adventures, collecting new experiences, and making friends along the way.  As Sea Scouts, we have a particular focus on on-water activities - swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and sailing.

Scouting helps our young people developed in all facets of their lives, with the goal of helping them become better people and citizens in our community.  We have a very strong focus on safety, and teach our members how to identify and assess risks before acting.

Scouts WA acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land upon which our offices, halls and campsites are located, and those of lands across Australia. We pay respect to their Elders, past, present and future.

Scouts WA embraces the diversity of its people, such as differences in cultural backgrounds, race, ethnicity, disability, age, gender identity or sexual orientation.
