It is a free service and completely voluntary to the young person We develop consistency for young people needing to access different community services. We provide well managed support to reduce the chances of crisis for young people. We offer a recreational programme in the metro area to enhance young people’s social and life skills. In the metro area we have mobile youth workers who go to where the need exists Our support for regional clients is in the form of a brokerage model where MOUs are signed with local agencies who are better placed to support and case manage these young people. We provide a culturally appropriate response to young people who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders by accessing the expertise of Aboriginal staff.
