Our vision is to provide quality healthcare affordable to everyone.

Our Medical Centres are owned by General Practitioners who work within the practices.

We are passionate about providing a service which allows our patients to prioritise their health, and in doing so, we bulk bill everyone with a Medicare Card for all of our standard consultations.

We have a large range of services available and we are open Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Our practice also has an Pathology services on site and is open from 9:00am - 2:00pm Monday to Friday

There is a pharmacy available within walking distance in the shopping centre.

At The Park Centre Family Practice, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of patient care.

CONSULTATION FEES (if no Medicare Card)

Standard Consultation: $75.00 (Medicare Rebate $39.10)

Long Consultation: $120.00 (Medicare Rebate $75.75)

PROCEDURE FEES

Procedures requiring a Nurse and/or Doctor, in most cases will be Bulk Billed.

However, in order to be able to continue to provide these services,

a private fee of $25 will be charged to all patients, to cover the cost of consumables.

This is payable on the day.

Specialised Procedures excluded from Bulk Billing

The following procedures will incur a Private Fee:

• Implanon or Mirena removal and/or insertion

• Iron Infusion

Full Payment is required on the day of your Consultation.

Failure to attend your appointment or give sufficient notice of cancellation (2hrs)

will result in a non-attendance fee of $25.00.
