Mental health support services for families and carers

Pathways SouthWest Inc partners with its clients to reduce the impact of mental illness and promotes recovery by providing specialised non-clinical mental health support.

Pathways has been operating in the South West for 31 years. Pathways supports people with mental illness and those who care for them, to achieve the best possible quality of life and maintain their wellbeing. We link people to other people and to services, which help them be independent in their lives. We help facilitate these links by collaborating with many of government and non-government services.

Pathways are a NDIS service provider.

We also specialise in individual and group work service delivery with a client centred approach.

Pathways has a limited housing program assisting clients who live independently in the community to maintain their long-term tenancy.
