About Us

The South West Aboriginal Medical Service (SWAMS) is a Noongar Community Controlled Health Organisation, founded on the principles of self determination, empowerment and freedom of choice. SWAMS recognises the right of everyone to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health.

GP Clinic: Monday 10.00am – 4.00pm
GP Clinic: Wednesday 10.00am - 12.30pm
ITC Services: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30am - 3.00pm
Maternal and Child Health: Thursday 11.00am - 4.00pm
