About Us

The Bentley Community Mental Health Service provides outpatient services for adults aged 18 to 65 to people experiencing mental illness with a wide range of psychiatric and psychological disorders. The service is located at E Block.

Assessment and Treatment Team (08 9416 3544)

The Assessment and Treatment Team (ATT) is the first point of access for all consumers. The ATT provides initial assessment, clinical advice and treatment for up to ten weeks. Using a team approach, the ATT create individualised care plans for consumers, and provide emergency support after-hours, seven days per week.

Clinical Treatment Team (08 9416 3800)

The Clinical Treatment Team (CTT), also based at Mills Street, receives all referrals via the ATT. This multi-disciplinary team, comprised of doctors, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists and clinical psychologists, provides assessment and care coordination for consumers requiring care for more than 10 weeks.
