Carealot Home Health Services - Busselton

Carealot is a West Australian owned and operated business and was founded by Barbara Macleod in 1996. Carealot has an office in Mosman Park that provides services to clients throughout the metropolitan area and an office in Busselton that covers the South West Country Region.

Carealot services are available around the clock or for just a few hours per week and are tailored to meet each individuals’ needs.  Examples of our services include domestic cleaning, personal care, shopping, transport, respite, meal preparation and home and gardening maintenance.

Our support workers are chosen because they are caring and qualified people. For your Peace of Mind, all Carealot Support Workers are covered with comprehensive insurances; have a current National Police Clearance and are certified in Aged or Home and Community Care.  We also thoroughly check professional and personal references. We are in frequent contact with the client and client’s family to assure customer satisfaction and that expectations for in home care are being met.

Carealot, through South West Rural Respite Services (SWRRS) are also able to top up home care packages with funded respite services.  The South West Rural Respite Program provides in-home respite services for Primary Carers of people who are aged 65 years and over; or 50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.

Services may include social support in the home or taking people out for coffee or to appointments, assistance with personal care, meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.

SWRRS in-home services are available 24/7 throughout the South West Country Regions of WA.  Respite may be taken as small regular hours every week; a 12hr sleepover or 24hr live-in service on occasions.  A minimal contribution is requested for these respite services.
