About Us
Aims: A Home and Community Care and local councils funded centre providing social support, transport and administration assistance and range of other support services. Our organisation works to enhance the quality of life for seniors, people with disabilities and their carers through services that support independence living and foster a connection to community. Many services are driven by volunteer assistance with opportunities in social support, centre based services. leisure outings, driving and administrative support. Must have National Police Clearance Check or willing to obtain at Shine expense.
Referral: Eligible person must reside in the local government areas of Claremont, Cottesloe, Peppermint Grove or Mosman Park to be eligible for HACC services. Referrals can be made by family member, self or health service. Volunteers can reside anywhere.
