About Us
Community Mental Health Services provide services for people experiencing mental illness in the local area.This includes comprehensive assessment, triage, crisis response and treatment for people with mental health problems.
Location: Albany Health Campus, Hardie Road, Spencer Park, Albany
Services are available for people of all ages.
Referrals: Our preferred referral method is through your General Practitioner, however there are other referral options:
- Your General Practitioner (preferred option)
- Crisis and emergency services
- Other health services
- Community agencies
- Schools
- Private Psychiatrists or other doctors
- Yourself
- A relative, carer or friend
