From Boyanup and Capel in the south to Balingup in the north, with an office in central Donnybrook, Community Home Care offers a full range of Home and Community Care, Home Care Package, National Disability Insurance Service, and private support services.

Services provided include: Personal Care; Domestic Assistance; Gardening; Transport; One to One Social Support; and Social Support small group activities and excursions.

If you’re feeling isolated or stuck at home we can help you get back in touch with your community - with the Wednesday group in Donnybrook and the Welcome Club in Balingup, we have a range of fun and interesting social activities to suit most tastes.

If you need transport to get to an important appointment we can help with that as well. With a fleet of sedans and wheel chair accessible buses, we can get you where you need to go in the region, as well as assisting with transport for medical appointments in Perth.

If you need support in the home or garden our trained and experienced staff can provide the support you need. From cleaning to assistance with meals, from mowing the lawn to changing a light bulb, we can help.

Our friendly staff are ready to help you with all your support needs. Operating as Community Home Care Donnybrook since 2011, the service (previously managed by the Shire of Balingup and Donnybrook) has grown significantly and expanded the range of services available to the local community.
