Wilf Sargent House - South Fremantle

Wilf Sargent House in Fremantle provides medium-term supported accommodation for up to 12 months for single men aged 18 or above who are at risk of/or are experiencing homelessness. Assessment for accommodation can be received internally within Uniting WA services and also from external sources, with an assessment completed by a caseworker.

Wilf Sargent House provides eight single rooms with private ensuites, a communal lounge, kitchen and games room as well as offices and counselling rooms to deliver support services.

Support workers are based on-site five days a week to provide holistic case management to the men in the program. Different models of casework are adapted to suit the needs of each individual to support them in addressing the initial reasons for their homelessness and to build their capacity to transition and sustain longer-term accommodation.
