About Us

Counselling services are provided by two senior counsellors. Referrals are not necessary – you can simply ring, leave your contact details with reception and a counsellor will ring back to make an appointment. After an assessment, short term counselling of up to 10 sessions is available or you may prefer to be involved in one of the groups facilitated by a counsellor.
