About Us

Darryl Smith from Lifeflow Counselling offers supportive counselling and psychotherapy sessions. He specialises in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy and sees it as important to create a genuinely safe place where people can feel heard and seen. It is his intention to truly "be with" each client supporting them with empathy and understanding to live happier and more fulfilling lives.
