About Us

My Community Directory was recently established in Western Australia to provide support the public, community sector and help the government meet the needs of the local community.

My Community Directory provides a link between people and local community organisations to deliver better health and social outcomes for everyone.

My Community Directory is an interactive online library of health and community services information that receives up to 60,000 visits to its website every month, making it a premier source of information and a strong connection between the Community Sector and the public.

In line with its Social Enterprise ethos, it is FREE for organisations that deliver low cost health and community services to the public to register their information in My Community Directory. Organisations can choose to pay a membership fee to access additional information tools to better plan and deliver services in their local region. Fees are kept at the lowest possible cost to reduce the financial burden on organisations that use the information to provide better services to their clients.

We recognise that the poor data quality in the community sector has restricted the success of many worthwhile initiatives. We have worked for the past four years with community leaders and government to build a robust, affordable and efficient platform which obtains community group listing data, validates it, and make it instantly available on an open platform. By linking Council based directories across a State-wide platform, My Community Directory provides information at a local, regional and State-wide level.

For more information on My Community Directory, check out or YouTube video or contact us through the website.
