Youth Place

Assists young people 15 to 25 years of age (singles, couples, with or without children) who are homeless and have barriers that prevent them from being an active member of the community. Offers case management, advocacy, finds and maintains accommodation and supports young people through skills and advice related to independent living, financial and legal issues. Offers services in partnership with St. Patrick's Community Support Centre and Youth Futures WA.
