Huntingdale Psychology Counselling & Clinical Hypnotherapy

Huntingdale Psychology, Counselling & Clinical Hypnotherapy provides a Psychology and Counselling service, including Telehealth under Medicare for clients aged from 16yo upwards. My areas of professional interest include, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Gay and Lesbian Counselling, also Alcohol and Other Drug counselling. In addition to Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) work, Couple Counselling (opposite and same-sex) and dealing with the challenges of FIFO work. Services are provided weekdays and evenings, including via Telehealth or phone.

Being a mature-aged male who started his (mainly part time) studies as a mature-aged student, while working full time, (in various blue and white collar jobs) while juggling full time work, studies and home life, means I as your psychologist have a wealth of experience in a range of scenarios. This is in addition to well over a half centuries life experience. 

Clients often report they find they can develop a professional relationship that assists them to look at the issues, (either on the surface, or underlying issues) as well as being a professional who is "a few steps removed" from their own life. 

They also report that they like I will often refer clients to books or DVD's and may provide handouts to assist with what the client has come to see me about.

In summary a mature-aged male Psychologist who deals with a wide range of presenting issues, both face-to-face and via Telehealth or phone counselling under Medicare (e.g. for those in the country or FIFO workers).
