Albany Halfway House Association

The Albany Halfway House Association provides community based and managed services to adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental health issues by working cooperatively with service users and other agencies to encourage self empowerment and determination in the development of skills that will enhance the lives of individuals. We are an approved NDIS service provider and also provide support coordination.

Our service provides:

• Personalised support
• Support linking to housing
• Community Supported Residential Units (CSRU)
• NDIS Support coordination

Our services can be accessed through referrals from your GP, psychologist or other clinicians.
