St Bart's Mental Health Accommodation Unit - Medina

We support people experiencing a social crisis, requiring respite or at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Residents in these properties are assisted with independent living skills, have easy access to local mental health services, and work with an individual case manager.

This service provides short-term community based traditional or respite accommodation for adults aged 18 years and older who are living with a mental health challenge.

People referred to this service may be experiencing a social crisis, require respite or be homeless or at risk of homelessness.
