Offers a range of respite services to assist frail aged and people with disabilities and their families living within the community. We provide weekend and some weekday recreation opportunities for younger people with disabilities. Centre Based Respite provides respite to carers and a social outing for those who attend. This includes appropriate transport to and from the centre and a meal, with a wide range of activities including outings such as picnics, movies, BBQ's. Dementia Specific Centre Based Respite is the same as the centre based respite except the program is designed to target the specific needs of people with dementia. Evening Respite provides a social evening out for members whilst giving carers an evening break. Includes fun filled activities and an evening meal. This is one night fortnightly. Farmstay Respite is a fun alternative to nursing home and hostel respite, with a trip to picturesque Bridgetown for 5 days touring the southwest and staying at the Luciville Farm Chalets with our qualified nursing staff to help with your every need.
