Beyond Community & Health Inc is a public benevolent institution committed to serve the West Australian community. 

We believe it is important to adopt a holistic approach to health, and we strongly believe that a person’s physical and mental health plays a crucial role in a person’s overall ability to live an independent, full and happy life.

After considering the needs of the community and with a team of dedicated health professionals we believe we are able to provide immediate, well-considered and long-lasting results to our community.

Health is the primary victim in the cruel cycle of poverty and homelessness, and research shows that chronic disease and premature ageing are significant issues for people facing homelessness and poverty.

Beyond Community & Health will work with Caralee Medical & Community Centre, and key community groups to address and improve the issues facing both disadvantaged, and Indigenous West Australians.  Together we will be successful in ensuring they receive the treatment and care they need, and educate them how to improve their health and overall well-being.

Education is the fundamental element of our health philosophy.

Sadly, for numerous reasons, many people living in our community face tough times at some stage in their life. 

We provide an immediate emergency service which includes food hampers stocked with fresh food, non-perishable items, and personal care items.  We also deliver to senior clients and local low-income families to ensure no one goes without.  Our service is aimed to provide immediate relief to individuals and families who need it the most.

Our services provide immediate relief in a way that maintains the dignity of the individual.
