Skin Checks

Regular checks of our skin is imperative when living in our harsh Australian conditions.  Moles should be checked regularly for changes and if necessary, can be quickly and easily be removed before they become a more sinister problem.  Dr Jonathan Tan has a special interest in removal of moles and lesions.

Chronic Disease and GP Managed Care Plans

Chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, arthritis and chronic pain are some of the most common conditions that can be supported and benefit with the help of a Care Plan. Some patients under a Care Plan are eligible for referral to allied health providers such as podiatrists, dietitians, exercise physiologists, psychologists plus more at a subsidised cost.

Health Checks for Over 75 yr olds

A comprehensive annual health check is recommended for all people aged over 75 to identify any health issues before they become a problem. Areas assessed may include but are not limited to lifestyle, mobility, medication, nutrition, exercise, safety in the home, care arrangements and support network.
