About Us

The Adult Community Mental Health Service in Fremantle is provided at the Alma Street Centre. (W Block, Alma Street, Fremantle WA 6160)

The Assessment and Treatment Team (ATT) is the first point of access to the community mental health service. It operates from 8am–10pm, providing specialist multidisciplinary community mental health assessment and treatment services for individuals with mental health issues aged 18–65 years.

Patients may be referred to ATT by their General Practitioners or other service providers. People who present  to the mental health service without a referral will be triaged by ATT before being treated or referred to other services.
