About Us

Telecross provides a daily telephone call each morning within a designated time period by a trained and friendly Red Cross volunteer to check on the wellbeing of people who are at risk of an accident or illness that may otherwise go unnoticed. The client chooses the days/day and times in the designated time-frame that suits them best. In situations where clients are unable to be contacted, a series of emergency procedures are enacted to ensure that the recipients are located and that their health and well-being is not compromised.
