About Us
Tranby Centre - This is a place based service working with people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who are 18 years or over. Support workers focus on building a rapport with people. Once they are ready to make some changes, Support Workers can help the person develop a plan using Outcome Star. Support Workers will advocate, provide advice and information, make referrals, and provide general support. Referrals: There is no requirement for formal referrals or appointments.
