Mental Health Inpatient Service - Albany

In-patient units provide in-hospital treatment for people with a mental illness on a short-term basis and help them return to the community. This 16-bed unit is based at Albany Health Campus (Hardie Road) for people in the Great Southern region.

Other assistance for people with mental illness, including older people, is provided by a range of mental health services, hospitals and community health centres. Services include: assessment, treatment, respite care for families and carers, support services and care at home, self care training and counselling for families.
