FUNdamentals Occupational Therapy is child and family centred paediatric clinic offering occupational therapy and speech therapy services in a home setting.  
FUNdamentals OT works closely with families and schools to ensure the best possible outcome for their children.

Medicare and Mental health care plans can be used to subsitise therapy.  FUNdamentals OT is a WA NDIS and a NDIA provider.
