About Us
The Armadale Mental Health Service provides outpatient and community services for adults experiencing mental illness from the Armadale, Gosnells and Serpentine-Jarrahdale local government areas.
This multi-disciplinary team, comprised of doctors, nurses, social workers and clinical psychologists, provides GP liaison and assessment and care coordination for consumers requiring care for 10 weeks.
