Priority Response Assessment is our 24/7 assessment service that provides advanced clinical assessment in patients home or residential care facility within a four hour response period, therefore avoiding Emergency Department attendance.

Short term services to assist safe discharge home. Our team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, therapy assistants and care aids work with patients to regain confidence and strength, so they can remain living at home safely and effectively.
