Brightwater Onslow Gardens

Brightwater Onslow Gardens is a residential aged care home in the heart of Subiaco. Our open-plan home comfortably accommodates 62 people, including those living with dementia.

Each of our residents have their own private room, with an adjoining ensuite bathroom and air-conditioning. Formal lounge and dining rooms are ideal places to gather with friends, and our clubhouse is the social hub of the home. Beautiful landscaped gardens provide a peaceful place to get some fresh air, while our attentive team promote a friendly, engaging environment, with activities including games, quizzes and sensory stimulation.

At Brightwater, care is at our core. We are a not-for-profit organisation with a rich 100+ year history, providing support for West Australian seniors and those living with disability. 

We have 11 residential aged care homes and 10 supported disability communities from Mandurah to Joondalup. We also have an over 55's retirement village in Madeley and offer at home services all across Perth, including domestic, social and specialist health support.
