Right at Home - Perth Midland is a locally operated in home and community care and assistance service providing support to older Australians and adults living with disability.

We provide a wide range of high-quality care and support including but not limited to;

Companion care, such as housekeeping services, cleaning and laundry, home activities, social support, transport to medical appointments or social engagements and outdoor activities.

Personal Care, such as bathing, hygiene, grooming and dressing, continence care, assisting with mobility, assisting to reduce the risk of slips, trips and falls, and preparing and supporting client to eat meals and maintain nutrition and hydration.

Skilled Nursing Care, such as medication administration, catheter care, simple and complex wound dressings, IV therapy, enteral or tube feeding, palliative support, rehabilitation and reablement and overall assistance with managing rapidly changing health status'. 

Our staff are extensively trained and supported to deliver person centered care in a way that is important to our clients and their loved ones.
