Health Rehabilitation Services
About Us
The Oats Street Rehabilitation Program gives people with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) the chance to work alongside a team of support workers and allied health professionals to develop personal goals and maximize their potential.
Our purpose-build rehabilitation centre in East Victoria Park helps participants build the practical and functional skills they need to transition back into the community. Participants typically live at Oats Street for 12-24 months, gradually becoming more and more independent as they reach their goals.
