At Chorus, we offer the support you need to live independently and remain in your home. We work alongside you as equals, so you can live the life you choose. We support you with two government subsidised home care options: Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and the Home Care Package (HCP) as well as social activities and outings. If you need help in your home or garden, getting out and about, or would like to take part in social and wellness activities, our team is ready to put together a program for you. Our staff and volunteers are empowered to make decisions so you are assisted in a timely manner. Chorus is a fresh approach to community service.
