Here at AIDFS we place enormous emphasis on the person first approach by actively listening, making sure your voice is heard and co-designing your needs to be an active participant in society. We work with all persons with autism and intellectual disability regardless of their age.

We use evidence based and reflective practice to increase academic, communication, life and social skills, inclusion and participation, choice and self-determination.
