Personal Helpers and Mentors provides support to people who are experiencing mental distress, which may involve assistance with better managing their daily activities and improving access to relevant support services. We encourage and support people to make goals and decisions, gain confidence, independence and fulfilment, and to develop positive relationships with others in the community.
