WA Primary Health Alliance, with the guidance of members of the South West Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug Collaborative, have partnered with My Community Directory to develop this directory. The aim of the directory is to assist people in the South West region of Western Australia to be emotionally and mentally well by linking them to local services that can support this.

Below you will find professionals to help if you or a family member are struggling with mental health, alcohol or drug use.

State and National Helplines

To identify the most appropriate mental health service, please use the following guide to identify the level of care in the directory.

Moderate

Structured, reasonably frequent and intensive interventions by a mental health clinician

High Intensity

High intensity services including periods of intensive intervention that may involve multidisciplinary support.

Acute and Specialist Community Mental Health Services

Intensive team-based specialist assessment and intervention with involvement from a range of different mental health professionals including case managers, psychiatrists, allied health workers and GPs.
