Diversicare provides services to aged persons, mainly those from ethnic backgrounds. These services include meal preparation, home help, personal care, in-home and/or non centre based respite, carer support, escorted transport services to medical and allied health appointments, case management, information and advocacy. The centre operates a Community Visitors Scheme for volunteers to visit elderly people from ethnic backgrounds who are in residential care in Brisbane.
