Communify Qld provides a range of individual and family support services to people living within the inner western suburbs of Brisbane. We also provide a Mental Health Social Support Program.
These services include:
* crisis intervention;
* support and counselling;
* advocacy;
* information and referral;
* self-help groups;
* community education;
* childcare;
* emergency relief;
* social support services for the aged, people with a disability and people with a mental illness; and
* No Interest Loans Scheme.
