Burremah Place is for frail aged and younger people with disabilities providing transport with hoist, meals, allied health, personal care, activities and special programs for younger people with disabilities. Client and carer holidays are held twice a year. Dementia Specific Day, is held on Tuesday's to cater for people with special needs. Referrals can be made by health professionals eg. Aged Care Assessment Team, community and domiciliary nurse, local doctor or family member or friend.
