WIRES (Wildlife Information Rescue and Education Service)

WIRES has been rescuing and caring for wildlife since 1985 and is the largest wildlife rescue organisation in Australia. We co-ordinate 4,000 volunteers to help rescue and rehabilitate animals, and have a dedicated Rescue Office that operates 24/7, 365 days a year assisting the community to help native animals in distress.
