If you are a community organisation, we want to promote the great work you do, and becoming a Trusted Provider is an important step in this journey.
Trusted Providers are community organisations who have taken the time and effort to make sure:
Their information is easy to find
They are actively promoting their services in the community
Engage in best practice when working with the community
People are always looking for ways to identify great services that meet their needs and expectations. We have added the Trusted Provider badge as an easy way to identify if a provider has the foundations of providing a great service.
All services in the Trusted Provider program receive the following benefits:
On site recognition of your Trusted Provider status by adding a badge on your listing
Promote your Trusted Provider status on your listing instead of other services nearby
Permission to use the Trusted Provider logo on your website, which must link back to your listing on My Community Directory
We will share our search engine status as trusted source of community information with you by actively promoting links to your website
Invitations to participate in Trusted Provider only projects
To assist in meeting the high expectations of the public, we as managers of the program will:
Conduct an annual check-up of your service. We will check with your key details such as Phone, Email, ABN and ACNC/Association status
Cross-match your listing details with publicly available registers plus your own website
Work with you to ensure your listings are prominent and include the relevant tags and descriptions to be discoverable by your target audience
Review your internal QA systems and add details to your listing (visible to other services and government)
Add details of your current funding to your listing (visible to other services and government)
Invite feedback from the public on your service which will be shared solely with you
Your path to becoming a Trusted Provider begins by listing your services on My Community Directory and events in My Community Diary. Please contact us to discuss membership in the program. If you choose to upgrade your membership, you will be automatically invited to participate in the program.
