St Bart’s provides supported accommodation for adults living with persistent mental health challenges who are experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.
We offer support and referral services to help you manage the process of finding a long-term housing solution in the community.
Our mental health services are based on a recovery and trauma-informed practice.
This service provides short-term community based traditional or respite accommodation for adults aged 18 years and older who are living with a mental health challenge.
People referred to this service may be experiencing a social crisis, require respite or be homeless or at risk of homelessness.
