We hold the main National White Wreath Day - In Remembrance of All Victims of Suicide held on the 29 May Yearly for those bereaved by suicide and have a 24/7 phone line for those that wish to talk.

Suicide & Self Harm Information
We assit those who are suicidal and self harmers with our 24/7 phone line if they wish to talk at a time they require a deterrent if suicide thoughts or self harming overcomes them.

General Self Help Services
We assist those with mental illness to receive help, treatment and refer them to appropriate services also assisting their families.
