About Us

Youth Off The Streets provide programs and outreaches for youth aged between 12 and 21 years old. Youth off the streets work collectively with local services to offer specialized support that accommodate to a young person’s individual needs. Engagement at programs allows for relationships to be built and individual circumstances to be understood in order to provide beneficial support and referrals. 

These Programs include: 

  • Monday: Court Support Outreach - Beenleigh Courthouse - 9am-11am 
  • Tuesday: Food Parcels - Deliveries between - 10am-12pm / Drop-In Centre - Unit 3-4, 84 Wembley Road - 2:30-5pm
  • Wednesday: Outreach @ Woodridge Adventure Park - Kingston Road, Woodridge - from 2:30pm
  • Thursday: Kicking Goals 2 Transition - Brisbane Youth Detention Centre / Drop-In Centre - Unit 3-4, 84 Wembley Road - 2:30pm-5pm
  • Friday: Drop-In Centre - Unit 2/9 Station Road Woodridge - 2:30pm-5pm

 

YOTS also run school holiday programs, camps and have some capacity for delivering food parcels.
