Laurel Place - Maroochydore

Laurel Place provides sexual assault counselling support and information for people who have been impacted by sexual assault, either recent or historical.  The Service operates from four locations - Maroochydore, Gympie, Murgon, and Moreton Bay.  Laurel Place Maroochydore and Gympie provide services to both child and adult clients; Laurel Place Murgon provides counselling support to children only; and Laurel Place Moreton Bay provides services to adult clients only (15 years and over).  Adult clients can self-refer, however a referral is required for the children's service.  Laurel Place is funded by Department of Communities, Child Safety, and Disability Services, and as such it is a free service.
