Central Plateau Community

The locality of Central Plateau has an approximate area of 1,300 km².

It is surrounded by the suburbs of Blackwood Creek, Brandum, Breona, Caveside, Cramps Bay, Derwent Bridge, Doctors Point, Jackeys Marsh, Liawenee, Liffey, Little Pine Lagoon, Mayberry, Miena, Poatina, Reynolds Neck, Tods Corner and Western Creek.

It is surrounded by the localities of Arthurs Lake, Bronte Park, Cressy, Meander, Mersey Forest, Mole Creek and Walls Of Jerusalem.

It is comprised of parts of the councils of Central Highlands and Meander Valley.

It is within the state electorate of Lyons.

It is within the federal electorate of Lyons.
