Bellinger River Agricultural Society

Founded in 1881, the Bellinger River Agricultural Society organises the Bellingen Show each year, usually held in May. This two-day event provides something for everyone and is a special opportunity for exhibitors, competitors and volunteers to be part of a truly community-based event. It is only with the support of our fantastic volunteers that the Show runs year after year.

While the 2022 Show did go ahead - despite the weather events that NSW was experiencing at the time - the Horse Show events had to be cancelled due to health and safety concerns. However, this is now going ahead on 3-4 September.

We need volunteers to help setting up marquees and arenas as well as packing down after the event. Some volunteers are also required during the events themselves.
